Position: Project Coordinator II

Location: Scarborough, ON M1W 3E8

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Hybrid (onsite a couple of times per month - Scarborough)

Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables.

• Ensures good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver an integrated solution.

• The major emphasis is on coordination of tasks.

• The job will require direct customer interaction and activity reporting.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

• This position serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution.

• The Position reports to a Senior Manager.

Job Outline:

The following provides a further breakdown of the Supplier Project Coordinator (SPC) roles and responsibilities:

Logistics

• Daily communication with Device ordering staff.

• Coordinate and manage Device movement.

• Track outbound Device and verify delivery to Site.

• Provide daily data feed to IT Asset Management system for Assets

• DOA management.

Reporting. Scheduling

• Deployment schedule development: CompuCom's PM will participate in location pace and duration planning sessions with client's PM to determine the Deployment team size and duration needed in order to maximize the efficiency and complete the estimated number of activities per day per Deployment Technician.

• Assigning Deployment Technicians to client's locations according to the Deployment schedule.

Execute, Monitor and Control

• Communication with Deployment Technicians. Field dispatch work orders.

• First point of contact for Deployment Technicians.

• Escalations.

• Daily Project tracking that may include deployment status, issues and resolution and inventory reporting that includes all Devices in stock at Build Depots and Markham Configuration Center.

• Verify DRT updates have been completed accurately.

• Track de-installed Assets returned from the branch Sites to Supplier location.
