Remote Property Accountant

Seldin Company is seeking a Property Accountant at our Corporate office in Omaha, NE, or a remote work opportunity available if located outside of Omaha, NE. Remote candidates will only be considered if they live in Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Montana, North Carolina or Texas. This position will pay up to $25.00an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. *After 90 days of satisfactory employment, this position can offer a flexible work schedule. This includes the timely identification and communication of issues relating to their properties. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Processing data requests/corrections, preparing various accounting statements and reconciliations, drafting property budgets, and working with and preparing audit packages for external auditors. Qualifications : Two or more years of related experience and/or training are strongly preferred Experience in the real estate/property management industry is a plus Advanced experience with Excel Education, Licenses, or Certificates Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Who Is Seldin Company Seldin Company is a leading property management brand headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.
