- Manage accounting for high-end residential communities
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Cash management and bank reconciliations
- Prepare supporting schedules for audits
- Work closely with property managers
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Residential property accounting preferred
- Experience with Entrata or RealPage
- Strong communication skills
