General Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant NYC GM experience. Intuitive understanding of full-service, casual upscale restaurant service. Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L, COGs, and operational excellence. Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations. State-required food safety certifications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong people management experience and abilities. General Manager Preferred Background & Skills Extensive beverage knowledge. Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems). Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
