• Maintain open communication with clients and their support networks to ensure treatment alignment and effective advocacy.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to build partnerships and secure additional resources for your clients.

• Participate in continued professional education through workshops, conferences, and state meetings to elevate your expertise.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission and values in all client interactions.

• Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by the Clinic Director to enhance clinic operations and client satisfaction.

The LMHC will work with a diverse client base, including those experiencing mental health disturbances, substance use issues, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $86,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
