Job Description IT Project Manager Title: IT Project Manager Coordinator and Communications Location : Tampa, FL Industry: Pharmaceutical Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm, on-site 100% Salary: Industry competitive compensation packaging with 401k, health, vision, dental, PTO Employment Type : Direct hire Job Description Summary The IT Project Manager leads and coordinates initiatives across the IT function, supporting the IT separation from one company to another while ensuring continuity of day-to-day operations.

- This role is pivotal in driving the timely delivery of strategic programs and maintaining effective stakeholder management.
- Acts as a direct support to the CIO and IT Leadership Team by collecting, structuring, analyzing, and presenting data to enable informed decision making.
- Supports bandwidth constrained leadership by representing key leads in strategic discussions, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling focus on business-critical priorities.
- Oversees end to end data management, including data collection, processing, and tailoring outputs to different audiences.
- Establishes and enforces structured governance across multiple workstreams, including those with extensive documentation requirements and complex sub streams.
- The candidate can work through large documentation and extract key messages to this audience
- Demonstrates the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast evolving environment, while leveraging the opportunity to learn and expand responsibilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Support the material gathering, review of materials across functions, and drive conclusions
- Brings experience working in global organizations, with the ability to tailor communication to local contexts and audiences.
- Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ownership of the IT communication on the internal communication portal
- Supports the Project Demand process of the function
- Bachelor Field of Study Computer Sciences, Business or Communications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT project manager or program management experience
- Pharmaceuticals or related GMP experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate a high-level of flexibility and able to manage different priorities
- Shaping security posture in context of business requirements and risk appetite
- Being able to work across the different functions in IT
- Being able to work with business functions globally
- Understanding of end-user communications needs, verbally and written
- Winning spirit, ambitious, poised to go the extra mile
- Drive and inspire the organization to follow and deliver excellence
- A self-starter with strong technical interest and business acumen, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to coordinate activities globally
- Possess a confident style which reflects emotional intelligence and a hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving, change leadership, communication and influencing
- Strategic thinker, keeping big picture in mind while ensuring execution excellence.
- Not afraid of change in a rapidly evolving organization
- Strong knowledge for MS Office product experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
