Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and in-house midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries
• Maintain surgical volume utilizing three dedicated ORs per month
• Support uncomplicated deliveries, including VBACs, water births, and epidurals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration with physicians, nurse midwives, and support staff
• Engage in evidence-based practice aligned with state protections for reproductive rights
• Contribute to a community-focused, stable practice environment

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont medical license; Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Proven ability to perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage a balanced clinic schedule with surgical and inpatient responsibilities

This full-time position is based at a hospital-owned OB/GYN practice offering full-spectrum women's health care. The role involves outpatient clinics, surgical procedures, and obstetric care, including backup support for midwife-led deliveries.
