Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Working within our detox center framework, you will engage with patients at various stages of recovery and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality consultation services to healthcare staff, focusing on the psychosocial needs of patients, and guiding treatment compliance in the context of their mental and physical health.

• Participating in professional peer review case conferences to assess and enhance clinical practices, as well as contributing to research initiatives that drive innovative care strategies.

• Utilizing and interpreting medical and mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and terminology, particularly around acute and chronic conditions faced by patients in detox.

• Collaborating with various internal departments and community-based organizations to streamline patient access to a holistic range of services, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engaging actively in supervision sessions aimed at refining clinical skills and competencies, and proactively identifying opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
