This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide financial guidance that supports company objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activitiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesPrepare and analyze financial statements and management reportsDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial projectionsMonitor cash flow and financial performance metricsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policiesMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting proceduresCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial partnersProvide financial analysis and recommendations to company leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and financial performanceOversee financial record retention and reporting requirementsSupport strategic planning and business growth initiativesQualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience managing month-end and year-end close processesProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial informationStrong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience within a service, construction, plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or field service organization is a plusWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou are highly organized, financially driven, and committed to accuracy.
