OEM Sales Manager(Korean English Bilingual)

Position Summary/Role Description : The OEM Sales Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts. The Sales Manager uses expertise in automotive parts—specifically interior surface-treated components as well as vinyls, leathers, and synthetic leathers—and experience in the automotive materials sector to hunt and farm new business opportunities.

Requirements

Role Description and Responsibilities:

· Build key customer relationships and trust among top customers within the automotive parts and materials sectors.

· Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer demand, and competitor activities from a parts sales and supply chain management perspective.

· Obtain information regard to new product development launching date 

· Follow up on approved duties related to parts sales projects (such as RFQ acquisition, pricing negotiations, and mass production management) as necessary.

· Interface with your local branch or ATL Corporate Office as required.

· Handle administrative tasks related to the management and operation of your individual boundaries.

· Sales and management of industrial materials/product.

· Collect and report competitive intelligence within our industry and among our key product competitors.

Education and Work Experience:

· Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.

· At least 3 years minimum experience within sales and marketing

· Experiences in Autoskin(Car & Leather seat) Sales or other relevant experience will be considered.

· Tier 1 Automotive Industry experience is a plus 

Knowledge and Skills:

· Excellent oral and written, communication and organization skills 

· Proficient in English & Korean

· Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)

· Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge

· The energy and focus to achieve goals and be results oriented;

· Ability to think and work independently.

· Willing to engage in constructive conflict 

· Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills
