Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact within the school community as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position begins in August 2026 and extends through late June 2027, offering the opportunity to help children achieve their fullest communication potential. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing student success across all grade levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Michigan SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
• Comfortable providing services across a diverse K-12 caseload
• Passion for collaborative, in-person work (remote work is not available for this role)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student learning and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district policies and procedures
• Conduct screenings and participate in IEP meetings as a valued member of the support team
• Provide progress updates and resources to families and educators
