Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives working with K-12 students and enjoys direct, in-person interaction.

Enjoy a consistent schedule supporting students’ academic and communication growth throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year, from August through late June. Work closely with educational staff and families to deliver high-quality speech services in an engaging, collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required)
• Experience providing services in school settings preferred, K-12 caseload especially valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Must be able to work onsite; virtual services are not available for this placement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students K-12
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress tracking, and communication with families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
