Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.03 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the grounds, buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support orderly operations during services, events, and daily public visitation at the location. Assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, providing wayfinding support, and helping to maintain respectful conditions across the property. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
