Role Overview

The Head of Recruiting Coordination joins Harvey's Talent team to lead and scale the recruiting coordination function across the company's global offices. The team's mission is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving operational efficiency throughout the interview lifecycle.

This role owns the strategy and execution for recruiting coordination programs, automation initiatives, and process improvement that enable Harvey to hire world-class talent at the pace a hypergrowth AI company demands. They partner directly with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and systems teams to architect scalable workflows that maintain a high-quality bar as the organization grows. It is a rare opportunity to build and lead a coordination function at a company redefining an industry through AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple offices, setting standards for candidate experience, interview logistics, and operational excellence.

• Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers, and coordination training.

• Own Tier 1 operational backlog, including things like creating and closing job requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan maintenance, etc.

• Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

• Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture, workflow optimization, and data integrity to support hiring at scale.

• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track coordination team performance, candidate experience, and process efficiency.

• Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and interviewer experience

What You Have

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with progressive team management responsibility.

• Demonstrated success building and managing a coordination team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements and inform stakeholder decisions.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across recruiting, People Operations, and hiring manager stakeholders.

Compensation

$180,000- $220,000 USD
