Apartment Leasing Agent

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is a fast-growing property management company operating multi‑family and senior apartment communities since 2008. We aim to provide quality housing with safe, quiet, and amenity‑filled communities. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to oversee leasing efforts for Meadowbrook Park & Tower, a multi‑family community with 267 units ranging from studios to 3‑bedroom floorplans. Responsibilities Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Advertise available units using a variety of media and promotional materials Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director Qualifications Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position requires organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
