Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining thorough and secure clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and addiction specialists to coordinate and optimize patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and improve patient outcomes.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources to encourage informed decision-making.

• Keeping abreast of new research findings and clinical practices in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your treatment approach.
