Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions supporting HR transformation and talent management initiatives.

The role will provide functional leadership across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, fit-to-standard workshops, business process optimization, governance, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience , at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations , and proven experience leading global HR transformation programs.

Strong Utilities industry experience is mandatory.

• Lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops , requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization.

• Provide functional leadership and solution governance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams.

• Define business requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.

• Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

• Ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors with enterprise HR and payroll applications.

• Drive stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and project delivery.

• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and broader HR transformation objectives.

• Compensation

• Succession & Development

• Learning Management

• Workforce Analytics

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with:

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP HCM

• Third-party payroll systems

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Other enterprise HR applications

• 15+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations .

• Proven experience leading global HR transformation programs .

• Strong experience with SuccessFactors solution design, implementation, upgrades, and support.

• Strong experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and third-party HR/payroll applications .

• Strong business process and HR transformation knowledge.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Strong Utilities industry experience is mandatory.

• Understanding of utility business processes and workforce management.

• Experience supporting unionized workforce environments .

• Understanding of field operations and utility workforce requirements.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within utility environments.

• Experience with HR processes supporting utility operations.

• Understanding of organizational change management in large utility transformations.
