Position Senior Living Coordinator – Full Time Location St. Charles, Missouri Salary and Benefits Base salary $54,080 to $59,800 (plus monthly sales bonuses). Responsibilities Be an empathizer: build connections with potential residents and families during stressful times. Communicate knowledge: enter leads accurately and provide necessary information. Lead base liaison: cultivate leads via phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring accurate cataloging. Hospitable host: provide exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. English literacy at 12th grade proficiency. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Positive, energetic attitude befitting resident interaction. Professional appearance and conduct. Follow written and verbal directions and solve problems. Criminally cleared. Physical and mental capability to perform required tasks; health screening within 6 months or 7 days of employment. Must test negative for TB.
