Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to create tailored therapeutic strategies that address their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, discussing client progress, treatment plans, and collaboration opportunities.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, keeping client records accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. The clinic prioritizes creating a welcoming and supportive environment, where every client feels heard and respected. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a sound understanding of therapeutic practices and principles.

• Strong ethical and legal understanding as it pertains to counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
