Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, allowing for flexibility while providing essential services to our patients from the comfort of their homes. Your working hours will primarily be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, documenting interactions and formulating individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to assist individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and encouraging shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in urgent need, ensuring immediate support and resources are available during critical situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources that can enhance their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population varies in age, background, and presenting challenges, ranging from adolescents grappling with anxiety to older adults dealing with chronic depression. As a member of our team, you will employ culturally competent, individualized care tailored to the distinct needs of each client, utilizing a thorough understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• In-depth understanding of diverse mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated capacity to conduct comprehensive assessments, formulating and implementing effective treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Capable of maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems relevant to mental health documentation.

• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the overall success of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
