Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to engage with clients empathetically, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and basic technological competence to facilitate virtual sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually based on your working hours and caseload. Additionally, you will receive:
