Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in initial client assessments to determine their mental health status, personal circumstances, and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized therapy plans that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based strategies.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, offering tools and strategies tailored to help clients overcome barriers.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to ensure clients receive confidential and effective care in a comfortable setting.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and medical doctors, to provide integrated care when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to continually improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during challenging situations.

• Commitment to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
