Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments through interviews and standardized tools to understand client needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through one-on-one sessions, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions using secure digital platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation or mobility issues.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with ethical standards and local regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work primarily with adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to make a profound difference by providing culturally sensitive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Illinois as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with specific client groups such as those dealing with trauma, addiction, or transitional life issues is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems will also be beneficial for efficient service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Our compensation package includes the following benefits:
