Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate methodologies for individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connecting them to necessary resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and best interests as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
