Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, psychological needs, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven techniques to enhance mental well-being.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to continuously improve therapeutic skills and ensure quality evidence-based care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care for clients, when applicable.

• Participate in professional development activities and training to stay current on industry trends, methodologies, and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license to practice independently as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist, ensuring your ability to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy.

• Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Excellent communication and writing skills necessary for thorough documentation of client interactions and care.

• A clean record; must not have faced any disciplinary action by a licensing authority.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
