Our growing dental office is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated front office team member who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while keeping the schedule productive and efficient.
We are looking for someone with a warm personality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing a busy schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, computer savvy, and able to help patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients professionally and warmly
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Maintain a productive schedule and help fill openings/cancellations
- Confirm appointments and communicate with patients clearly
- Assist with insurance verification and front office coordination
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
- Work closely with the clinical team to support daily flow
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using dental software
- Ability to manage scheduling effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Dental front office experience is a plus
