Dental Office Manager
Job Description Operational Leadership
Train and focus staff on growing specialty, hygiene, and general dentistry collections
Maintain, analyze, and report on financial data to achieve practice goals
Monitor internal processes, competitor innovations, and recommend/implement procedural improvements to optimize operations and control costs
Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility
Oversee billing and collections, patient recordkeeping, and HIPAA compliance
Ensure patient care standards, satisfaction, and complaint resolution
Maintain office compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and dental plan requirements
Prepare and track operational reports, providing weekly/monthly updates to owners and directors
Evaluate and implement additional providers (GP, hygiene, specialties)
Personnel Management
Perform annual performance evaluations for all employees
Ensure adequate staffing and oversee scheduling, time-off, and vacation requests
Manage, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance and morale
Support dentists in their clinical roles and maintain regulatory/compliance standards
Meet production and operational goals as defined by the executive team
full-time $67 - $70 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Monthly Bonus: 1% of total office revenues

Shift & ScheduleMonday to Friday (some flexibility may be required)
Requirements- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager (Required)
Proven ability to present and sell ortho, implant, and full mouth cases
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; professional presentation
Strong analytical, financial, and leadership abilities
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment
- Open Dental
Experience with Open Dental software (preferred)
Spanish-speaking a plus
