What's in it for you:

The Logistics Coordinator plans logistics and coordinates and supports the delivery of learning events in support of the Enterprise and Americas learning portfolios.

This position collaborates with learning program managers, content owners, meeting services, external suppliers, and SBU (strategic business unit) and functional stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end success of learning program delivery.

The Logistics Coordinator is accountable to ensure best-in-class learning program deployment activities that achieve operational efficiency, learner satisfaction and program impact. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented professional with a passion for learner-focused experiences and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and support the delivery of multiple learning program titles across the Enterprise and Americas learning portfolio (Level of engagement will vary based upon program complexity and need).

• Partner closely with program managers, facilitators, and other learning and events stakeholders to requirements to ensure successful learning program planning, delivery, and closeout.

• Manage in-Workday Learning scheduling and enrollment tracking; room reservations, and standard program communications.

• Collaborate with external learning suppliers, catering, facilities and/or venue partners, and technology teams to prepare an optimal learning environment and deliver exceptional learning experiences.

• Procure, prepare, distribute, and maintain learning materials, program assessments and facilitator resources

• Set up and reset meeting rooms for learning programs delivered on our Davidson campus

• Monitor attendance and support feedback collection and reporting

• Provide as-needed end-of-program reporting

• Track invoices and expenses ensuring accurate and responsible management of learning program budgets

• Maintain documentation - inclusive of program delivery playbooks, communication templates, status reports and program reporting archival (as needed) to ensure comprehensive and central management of program resources.

• Provide guidance to program managers across the Enterprise and Americas team for areas of continuous improvement

What you will bring:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in field of learning and development (ideally corporate learning), human resources and/or events management.

• Experience in logistics planning and deployment of small (<18) medium (18-35) and large (36-50) sized single-to-week-long in-person learning events.

• Superior attention to detail, customer focus, time management and organizational skills

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate and build trust with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally

• Ability to write clear, consistent process documentation with a lens toward continuous improvement

• Ability to diagnose low-complexity technical issues (e.g, device connectivity to accessories) a plus

• Novice-to-Intermediate-level experience with learning management (Workday Learning) and feedback (Qualtrics) management tools preferred

• Intermediate level proficiency using Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

• Novice-to-Intermediate familiarity with the application of AI

• Experience using case management software (ServiceNow) preferred

• Experience using project management software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, and/or Wrike) preferred

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

• 0-10% travel may be required.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs with or without accommodation.

$63,111.66 - $100,500.00
