Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Intermountain Healthcare & Recovery Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, including evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans based on client goals, needs, and preferences, ensuring each plan is tailored effectively.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat a variety of conditions.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and best self-care practices.

• Monitoring client progress diligently, documenting changes in symptoms, and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Staying current with the latest research in mental health, specifically mood disorders, to enhance treatment methodologies and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
