Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique background and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, focusing on their specific goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using both traditional and modern therapeutic practices.

• Utilize established telehealth platforms to deliver accessible remote therapy services when required.

• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes to document treatment outcomes and client progress effectively.

• Ensure all counseling services adhere to ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and service provider agreements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Inner Healing Therapy & Wellness, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. These challenges range from relationship issues, grief, anxiety, and depression to more complex mental health disorders. A key aspect of our practice is supporting clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and cultural competency in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in clinical settings, demonstrating the application of therapeutic techniques.

• Strong understanding of the diagnosis, treatment planning, and proficient creation of progress notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
