Details:

• Both roles are onsite, 35 hours per week.
• The high school position runs through May 2027, with potential to extend.
• The middle school position, newly created, is available through March 30, 2027.
• Immediate start dates are available for both roles.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut licensure and school psychologist certification.
• Prior experience working in K-12 schools required.
• Strong skills in administering student evaluations and producing detailed PPT reporting.
• Proficient communication and reporting abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings, providing expert insights and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to support student plans.
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed.
• Develop intervention strategies tailored to diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
