Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting the academic and emotional success of students in a vibrant Connecticut community. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week, with two openings available for dedicated School Psychologists. Both positions will engage you in essential evaluation administration and PPT reporting functions, working onsite in a collaborative educational setting.

One position is based at the high school level, running through May 2027 and potentially extending for the rest of the academic year, while the second, newly created position at the middle school spans through March 30, 2027. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and staff.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Active Connecticut licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting
• Strong skills in evaluation administration and PPT reporting
• Ability to build positive working relationships with students, educators, and families
• Comfort with conducting a Zoom interview as part of the selection process
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a team-oriented environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering, scoring, and interpreting a variety of psychoeducational assessments
• Participating in and contributing to PPT meetings, providing insightful reports and recommendations
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement student support plans
• Consulting with parents and guardians to address student needs and progress
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in adherence to school and state standards
