Overview Assistant Manager - Recruitment @ Compunnel Inc. Hiring: Business Analyst (Cyber) Location: Westlake, TX considered, but Merrimack NH prioritized - 2 weeks onsite Hybrid Interview: 1 round Are you a Business Analyst with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for cybersecurity operations? We’re looking for a mid-level BA (7+ years) to support a key initiative focused on Entitlement Enrichment & Access Review – helping business partners validate and manage system access for their teams. Support entitlement reviews by coaching business units on proper access documentation and policies, helping reduce risk across the organization. What You’ll Need 5+ years in security, fraud, or risk-related roles 1+ year in a customer support or coaching function Strong communication & problem-solving skills Understanding of access/entitlement management preferred Ability to build strong documentation (FAQs, training, etc.) Business-savvy, not overly technical Curious, analytical, and process-oriented Comfortable interacting 1:1 with stakeholders to resolve issues Organized and calm under pressure Join a team that\u2019s elevating cybersecurity best practices across the enterprise by bridging the gap between technical policies and business understanding.
