Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and interventions to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized initial discharge plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services delivered to each client in accordance with facility standards.

• Engage actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to effectively coordinate client services based on treatment plans.

• Regularly revise treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and client-centered.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, focusing on delivering quality therapy while taking accountability for patient safety and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population for this role includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Two years of direct experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
