AR/B2B Collections Specialist
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading production company to hire an experienced AR/B2B Collections Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity in Glenview, IL. This AR/B2B Collections Specialist position offers the chance to contribute to a high-performing accounting team while strengthening your collections expertise. As an AR/B2B Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining cash flow and supporting financial operations. The ideal AR/B2B Collections Specialist brings strong attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to navigate client relationships with confidence.

What's the Job?
- Oversee B2B collections and monitor aging reports
- Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Document collection activities and account updates
- Collaborate with accounting and sales teams
- Assist with reporting and AR reconciliation
What's Needed?
- 1–3 years of AR/B2B Collections Specialist experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work onsite in Glenview, IL
