Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Virginia SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with students, educators, and families

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Performing evaluations, assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to IEP planning
• Educating staff and families on strategies that support student progress in communication
• Supporting the academic and social success of students by targeting specific speech and language goals
