Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
• Proven school-based experience providing assessments, interventions, and IEP development.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Passion for working within diverse school communities and supporting K-12 students.
• Effective organizational and documentation skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Consult with teachers, special educators, and families to promote effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives as needed.

This position is set for a full school year, beginning July 27th, 2026 and concluding May 28th, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
