Accounts Payable Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Accounts Payable Representative will process various Accounts Payable transactions, prepare vendor account reconciliations, and analyze vendor discrepancies while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Reconcile vendor statements quarterly and maintain accurate records for accruals Analyze vendor discrepancies and communicate findings effectively using Zendesk Prepare monthly portfolio scrubs to assess account health and address outstanding issues Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of vendor and/or account reconciliation experience Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas Experience with Unvouched Receipts and Goods Receipt vs. Invoice Received reconciliation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
