• Licenses/Certs: Active CA license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience: 2+ years inpatient oncology clinic experience with case logs required

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinical care
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Manage patient treatment plans in accordance with facility protocols
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical documentation standards

What You Need:

• Active California license and DEA registration
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of inpatient clinical experience in hematology/oncology with logs to qualify for privileges
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This outpatient clinic is attached to the chemotherapy treatment center and hospital, generating a dynamic environment focused on quality patient care. Providers will be responsible for delivering personalized oncology services and supporting the ongoing health and well-being of patients. All care is performed within a structured schedule with no call, promoting work-life balance.
