What You’ll Do: Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy goals through strategic outreach and team leadership Lead and mentor a high-energy team of leasing professionals, community assistants, and brand ambassadors Plan and execute resident retention initiatives, outreach efforts, and on-campus marketing events Conduct tours and convert leads through responsive, personalized communication Launch and manage digital, print, and social campaigns that connect with the student lifestyle Build strong partnerships with student organizations, Greek life, and local businesses Oversee roommate matching and ensure a seamless move-in experience Use Entrata to track leads, manage leasing data, and generate reports Collaborate with the Community Manager and corporate team on marketing strategy and budget Ensure full compliance with fair housing laws and company policies Train and develop team members to meet leasing goals and brand standards Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive, goal-oriented culture What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student housing leasing and marketing 1+ year of new development lease-up experience or leasing at a large student housing property (600+ beds) Strong connections with the local campus community and student organizations Experience using Entrata or similar property management systems Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills A player-coach mindset with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Flexible Paid Time Off Health, dental, and retirement benefits Career development and growth opportunities A creative high energy work environment A chance to make an impact on a top tier student living experience Ready to Lead an Exciting Community Experience?
