What: A strategic and hands-on HR Manager role overseeing onboarding, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and employee relations. When: Immediate opening with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Where: On-site position located in Dalton, GA. Why: New position created to support company growth and evolving HR needs. Office Environment: Reports to the Controller and operates in-office using Paycor HRIS software. Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually with fully paid benefits. Position Overview: The HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, recruiting support, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and offboarding processes Oversee benefits administration and annual renewals Support recruitment strategies and manage applicant communication Administer 401(k), disability, and life insurance programs Maintain HR compliance and accurate employee records in Paycor Partner with the Controller on HR strategy and employee relations Qualifications: Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role Proficiency with Paycor or similar HRIS systems Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
