Job Description Job Description Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Workday Experience utilizing an interview scheduling tool (such as Paradox)

1. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with an enterprise ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting. Must be comfortable navigating candidate stages, running reports, and maintaining data accuracy across requisitions.
2. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook calendar management (scheduling, Free/Busy visibility, managing reschedules) and Excel (Formulas, vLookup, filtering, sorting, and managing data exports for tracking).
3. Working proficiency with AI-based scheduling platforms such as Paradox, Ev-e, or similar tools. Prior experience with automated, semi-automated, or round-robin interview scheduling strongly preferred.
