Full Desk Account Manager

Terranova is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to own both the client relationship and recruiting delivery for a portfolio of accounts. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client partnerships, and executing end‑to‑end recruiting solutions across assigned roles. This is a true full‑desk position—ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering high‑quality talent solutions with accountability from intake to offer. What You’ll Do Client Development & Account Management Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships through proactive outreach (cold calling/emailing), referrals, and expansion of new and existing accounts Partner directly with business leaders and in‑house Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs, workforce goals, and timelines Lead client intake meetings, define search strategy, and set clear expectations around process and delivery Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring lifecycle Execute full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and placement Develop tailored recruiting strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives Maintain a strong candidate pipeline across priority skill sets Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from first conversation through placement Revenue & Performance Ownership Own revenue generation across your desk, including new placements and account growth Meet or exceed individual placement, revenue, and activity goals Manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and reporting with accuracy and consistency Partnership & Representation Represent Terranova as a trusted talent partner—not a transactional staffing vendor Collaborate with internal leadership to continuously improve process, tools, and delivery quality Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring dynamics relevant to your focus areas Administrative Documentation of client meetings and account updates in the CRM (Bullhorn) Documentation of candidate profiles, interview status and hires in the ATS (Bullhorn) Overall organization of the account portfolio to ensure proper services sold, hiring met and billing executed What We’re Looking For Required Experience 3+ years of experience in full‑desk recruiting or staffing at a staffing agency Proven success managing both business development and recruiting delivery Experience working directly with hiring managers, executives, or TA partners Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills Comfortable owning revenue goals and working autonomously Highly organized, responsive, and proactive Clear, confident communicator with clients and candidates Action‑oriented and accountable from intake through close What Success Looks Like in This Role Clients view you as a true partner, not just a recruiter You consistently deliver qualified candidates aligned to client needs Your desk shows steady growth through repeat business and referrals You manage your pipeline with transparency, urgency, and ownership Why Terranova Talent Solutions Partner directly with business leaders and in‑house TA teams Collaborative, founder‑led environment with clear expectations Focus on quality, long‑term relationships, and sustainable growth Opportunity to grow your desk and influence how we deliver talent solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Terranova Talent Solutions
