Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

$2741.76/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn through comprehensive clinical support and education. Responsibilities: Assess maternal and fetal health status regularly to identify any complications. Monitor labor progress and assist in managing pain relief procedures. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Prepare and assist in delivery procedures, ensuring sterile and safe techniques. Educate patients and family members on postpartum care and newborn care instructions. Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing. Certifications in BLS and NRP required. Strong skills in fetal monitoring and emergency response. Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills.
