Looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry? At Liberty Electric , we power communities across the Pacific Northwest-and we're looking for motivated people to join our team as Project Assistants .

This is the perfect entry point into project management . You'll learn the ropes of how big projects are run while supporting our Group and Project Managers. No two days are the same-you'll be organizing paperwork, helping track budgets and schedules, and making sure our field and office teams have what they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Keep projects organized by helping with filing, data entry, and document control.

• Support managers with reports, schedules, and communication between office and field teams.

• Learn how to process invoices, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day project operations.

• Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and contribute to the success of major infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• 1–2 years of office or construction-related experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person .

• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive, motivated attitude.

• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
