Description Ted Britt Ford Lincoln is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warranty Administrator to join our growing Fixed Operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate warranty claim processing, compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and maximizing dealership profitability through proper claim administration. What You'll Do Process Ford and Lincoln warranty claims accurately and efficiently Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance Submit warranty claims and monitor payment status Follow up on rejected or suspended claims and pursue corrections as needed Audit repair orders for technician stories, causal parts, labor operations, and required documentation Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claim accuracy Maintain warranty schedules and receivables Stay current on manufacturer #J-18808-Ljbffr
