Scheduler / Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: Every third week and weekend per month

We're seeking an organized, compassionate, and dependable team member to coordinate caregiver schedules, support daily office operations, and provide exceptional service to our clients and caregivers. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to help ensure seniors receive reliable, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers using WellSky.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with the on-call rotation.
• Communicate scheduling updates with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain client files and complete general administrative tasks.
• Support day-to-day office operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or scheduling experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Pass Florida AHCA Level II background screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
