Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients across diverse age groups, ensuring timely and appropriate triage of care based on individual needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain consistent communication with colleagues regarding client progress and treatment strategies, contributing to interdisciplinary care through collaborative meetings and documentation.

• Provide effective case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Complete thorough and timely documentation to uphold departmental standards and ensure a high level of care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, providing therapy in an individual or group setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
