As part of our outpatient practice, you will primarily engage in teletherapy to deliver sessions to clients, enabling flexibility and accessibility in mental health service delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand and document clients' mental health statuses and needs, which involves detailed interviews and diagnostic assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, incorporating evidence-based approaches, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, focusing on fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and trust.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy tools and platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients regardless of location.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, using appropriate de-escalation techniques to assist clients in immediate distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with mental health best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with adult clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licenses as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
