Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on identified needs, incorporating current research and evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services through secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment goals in collaboration with clients, adapting approaches based on their progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions to track progress and fulfill regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a broad range of client populations experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW-R, or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
